Refund Policy

Digital downloads — generally non-refundable

Because all our products are instant digital downloads that cannot be "returned" once delivered, we follow industry-standard practice: all sales are final.

This is consistent with Etsy and Gumroad default policies for digital goods.

When we will refund

We will issue a refund (within reason, case-by-case) if:

• You bought the wrong language and contact us within 24 hours before downloading
• The PDF is corrupted or unreadable — contact us with a description; we'll re-send or refund
• You bought the same product twice by accident — within 7 days, before downloading the second copy
• You are an EU consumer exercising your statutory 14-day right — but note: under EU rules, this right may not apply to digital downloads once download begins (we honor it case-by-case)

How to request a refund

Send a message via:

• The Etsy order page → "Help with order"
• The Gumroad order receipt → "Request refund"

Include your order ID and a brief explanation. We respond within 24 hours (KST).

What is not refundable

• "I changed my mind after downloading"
• "I thought it would have more pages" (refer to product description for exact page counts before purchase)
• "I couldn't print it" (PDF format is universally supported; we provide free customer support for printing issues — but won't refund unless we cannot help you print)

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, you may be banned from future purchases. We always prefer to resolve issues directly.
